Pricing is based on the property size and the selected scope of work. Quotes are provided upfront before booking. There are no hidden fees. Additional charges apply only to add-on services requested or to scope changes after booking. Re-cleans for missed areas are provided at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers book by submitting their property details and selecting a service scope. We confirm the booking, assign a vetted cleaner, and complete the service using defined cleaning checklists. After the visit, we follow up to confirm satisfaction and, if anything is missed, return to re-clean at no extra cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning teams are trained in standardized cleaning procedures, safety practices, and proper use of professional cleaning products and equipment. Training includes checklist-based service standards, quality control expectations, and on-site onboarding before working independently.
