Poor communication. Told me to cancel the job on the app and said she would come to clean anyway. Her assistant came instead, so it worked out. Overall, wouldn’t hire again.

They did not cleaned my house properly.. Apparently they had another house to clean the same day so they didn't clean under the furniture. they didn't clean properly the bathroom, kitchen and living room. They were in Rush. The price is too high for the mediocre service they provide. Not recommended at all.

You asked me for a regular cleaning service and I gave you a deep cleaning on the second floor. You never told me that you wanted your clothes to be washed and 4 washing machines were washed. You know it well because you asked for all the rugs separately. Why don't you put that here? You must be ashamed that you abuse other people. second floor you say that the dust was not cleaned well but you did not ask me for regular cleaning and he said regular you asked me for regular cleaning that is what you should put here after the floor was dirty maybe we have to admit our mistakes I am not perfect because I'm not perfect but I tried to get your floors cleaned and they were cleaned three times what happens you asked for a deep cleaning for 4 years you didn't clean your house and you want a regular cleaning one day please be honest You also asked me for a cleaning that would be every 15 days and I do not accept your payment because you are a person who abuses people why do you think that because we are people in the cleaning service we do not deserve anything no I never you asked for your clothes to be washed and four clothes machines were washed for you let's make it clear
