The best house cleaning service I’ve experienced. This team is amazing - extremely professional, punctual and quality of the work is INCREDIBLE!!! They are passionate about their services and it shows through their work. I’m still on cloud nine enjoying my pristine and literally sparkling clean place. I definitely found a winner!!! Very friendly, came about 15 minutes early and went straight to work. Met a lot of my expectations. 2 things i have to criticize though. 1. They accidentally threw a way a portable indoor grill that was still in its box (brand new, not used) Luckily, we got it in time before garbage pick up. but i was in the house the whole time they were cleaning and they did not ask if that or any item could be thrown away. and 2. They need to be more mindful of who they speak Spanish around. Even though im african american and spanish isnt my native tongue..i did not appreciate some of the things i pick up on them saying about me and my house. There should be no judgement . but that hiccup doesnt take away from their great work. they just need to be more mindful. other than that, great work.

Thank you for your review glad to hear we did meet your expectations, sorry about the grill guess since was left by front door aside garbage girls thought was trash, Florida Professional Cleaners is very respectful about all our customers at times language barrier can be upsetting specially when the other side guess or try to gasp what is the conversation is about. Wilson and his team are brilliant at assessing what is required and rolling up their sleeves and getting started. They need little direction, yet work well with people. Wilson was personally involved and was kind enough to assemble simple pieces of furniture and to assist in organizing college students space. He was very flexible about taking on jobs that were outside the strict description of what was originally required. I have employed Wilson and his team to continue to clean this challenging apartment every other week, which includes laundry and organizing. I look forward to continuing to rely on Wilson for my own home. I highly recommend Florida Professional Cleaners, especially Wilson.

Wilson and his team did a deep cleaning of an empty house. They did a great job. They stayed all day, 2 hrs later than anticipated and even cleaned a little outside of the house. Before the cleaning the house was dirty, dingy and had an old smell from years of neglect. After, it was fresh and so clean we let our 2 yr old run and roll around the floors worry free. We will use Florida Professional Cleaners again in the future.
