- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we take pride in making sure we fit every budget respectfully. Pricing will be determined in accordance to the work that needs to be completed. * Do not hesitate to inquire about any special promotions or discounts at your time of inquiry*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving an inquiry from a customer, contact information is exchanged for better communication about the service that is to be provided. We will discuss the service you are requesting, your needs as well as your expectations. A walk through can also be completed at the comfort of the client for a more specific understanding of the job at hand. Based on the service requested, a quote will be put together for further discussion. Once an agreement has been made, we then schedule a date to complete the assigned task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Florida Spotless Cleaning takes great pride in continuous training. Our staff are trained to follow strict CDC Guidelines. There is continuous training on operated of any tools, machines, and cleaning products for the health and safety of both our clients and our staff.
