FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent no hidden fees or surprises. The final rate depends on the size of the space, the level of dirt, and any extra services you want. If the place is already in good condition, the price is lower; if there are heavy problem areas, I always let you know first before adding any extra cost. I offer discounts for returning customers, and if you book multiple services at once, I can reduce the price as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, the process is simple and transparent. First, we clarify exactly what needs to be cleaned, the size of the space, and how dirty it is. If needed, the client sends a few photos so we can provide an accurate price upfront. Then we schedule a date and time, and our team handles the cleaning according to plan: dry cleaning first, then wet cleaning, with special attention to windows and the bathroom. After the work is done, the client checks the results if anything needs extra attention, the team fixes it right away. This way, we ensure quality, thoroughness, and satisfied customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m not someone who just jumped into cleaning with no knowledge. Before starting my own company, I completed training in professional cleaning how to work with different surfaces, how to use cleaning chemicals properly, and how to avoid damaging furniture or equipment. I also keep learning new products, deep-cleaning techniques, and safety practices. And most importantly I have hands-on experience. I’ve handled enough jobs to know how to clean thoroughly, carefully, and without mistakes.
