- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees: If there's a need for availability before or after my normal business hours, or extended hours for larger jobs, there will be a reasonable fee in which we will agree upon before hand. We are normally off on Sunday's/Holidays but we can be bribed once in a while;) *Laundry-$15 per load. Wash, dry, fold only if the facilities are inside your unit. *Pets- Nope, we do not clean up after pets other than vacuuming fur. If you have a big dog we will ask to please keep it in another room or outside while we work. Thanks for understanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you sought us out on this platform, we will not receive your request for "recurring services" Let's get acquainted and see if we're a good match for future projects:) Simply select "just once" and we'll be in communication and go from there! Finding out the clients needs and time expectations is key, then keep communication open throughout the task for any adjustments needed. DON'T BE A KAREN or THAT GUY. If you know you are, keep scrolling. If for some reason you feel we "missed a spot" as we are human, please give us an opportunity to fix it or touch it up BEFORE we are down the road. Don't be THAT PERSON the bottom-feeding 2% who feels entitled to rip us a new one by publicly crucifying us on this platform or any other social media. Really? How did you win? After all, we delved into your grime give us a break by letting us make it right between us adults on the spot. The time it took you to anger type, the next decent client had the situation rectified and are happy. Who would you rather?

Organizing-fashion merchandising and display, I worked at Nordstrom. Cleaning, I managed vacation rentals and trained cleaning staff for discerning guests in upscale Hawaii vacation estate homes. Expert, reliable, and professional cleaners are invaluable.
