- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 4 different prices, being the more frequent you use our services per month, higher is the discount. Weekly service receives the higher discount, followed by the biweekly and then the monthly. One time cleanings receive no discounts. If a customer receiving a discounted rate decides to cancel before the second cleaning, it will be considered as a One Time cleaning and no discounts will apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our new customer decides on the our services, we call him/her to get an accurate description of the home as we prepare work orders and want to make sure we are fully prepared to explain our services and meet customers expectations. We establish day and arrival windows and access to the home (key, meet, code, etc). We send an email with our contact info in case of emergency and the calendar of visits and the terms and conditions... From then on... we are ready to leave their home as clean as expected following our 49 points checklist.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before we send any employee to anyone's home, regardless of prior work experience, all MaidPRo employees go through MaidPro University, a one-week training where we teach them how to work safely, effectively, and efficiently, using the correct chemical to the right material and safety precautions. Moreover, we teach them cleaning techniques to speed up the process and exams their ability prior to graduation.
