This was a move out cleaning. They did a decent job overall and were pleasant enough. They did not clean the inside of the oven, which was specifically requested, and I ended up being charged for. They were also unable to provide an invoice despite multiple requests. Instead, they sent me a text photo of the estimate which I had access to anyway and was not what was needed nor requested. The price was reasonable although having to pay for the work they did not do brought them more in line with other estimates I received.

They were nice and reliable but I think I was way overcharged for the job that was done. $150 for less than two hours and a one bedroom house. Not thorough at all. Only vacuumed the rug in the dining room and just swept all the floors before mopping. Trash was not taken out, microwave was not cleaned, did not move any items to clean surfaces, sprayed air freshener to make each room smell “clean”, etc. I would happily pay $150+ for a good house clean but this was not that at all. I will not be contacting again.
