This was a move out cleaning. They did a decent job overall and were pleasant enough. They did not clean the inside of the oven, which was specifically requested, and I ended up being charged for. They were also unable to provide an invoice despite multiple requests. Instead, they sent me a text photo of the estimate which I had access to anyway and was not what was needed nor requested. The price was reasonable although having to pay for the work they did not do brought them more in line with other estimates I received.
