Trinity arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. We did a walk through and I showed areas to focus. She went right to work and asked a few questions while she moved from room to room. I reviewed each area as it was done and she did a great job. I would definitely have her return for future cleanings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing, which is based on the size of the house, as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The final price also depends on the type of cleaning service the customer will choose, whether it's a regular cleaning or a deep cleaning. We also offer 10% discount for first time customers and 15% discounts for first time customers that will book for a recurring cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with understanding the customer's cleaning needs. We ask for details about the property, including the size of the house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning service they need either regular or deep cleaning. Based on this information, we provide a flat-rate quote. Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient date and time. Our professional cleaning team arrives fully equipped with the necessary supplies and follows a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent, high-quality results. After the service is completed, we follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and address any questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education and training related to cleaning operations, sanitation, safety procedures, and team management. My experience has helped me develop skills in supervising cleaning staff, scheduling and coordinating work, maintaining quality standards, properly using cleaning products and equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines. I have also gained knowledge in customer service, problem-solving, and providing efficient cleaning solutions to meet client expectations.
