Andy did a great job helping us recondition our rental apartments. He installed a double closet door, a double sink in one of the kitchens and helped refurbish a few bathrooms. His work is excellent, he is responsive and his prices are reasonable. We have used several contractors over the years and he is one of the best. You will not be disappointed!

We are quite pleased with Andy. He arrived on time - did all the work we hired him for - is very professional and pleasant and price is reasonable. The work included: remove and install new kitchen faucet , install new tv soundbar- fix a bedroom door and remove and replace the caulking around kitchen sink . He worked timely and neatly- swept up after he finished . We recommend Andy and will hire him again.

Andy was amazing! Very responsive and very professional. He did a great job putting two outdoor lights. Fully tested them and validated they worked as expected.
