Our pricing is transparent and based on property size and service type. We do not add hidden fees. We offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, monthly), and we always confirm the total before scheduling. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the property size and cleaning needs. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain what is included in the service. Once scheduled, we arrive on time, confirm the details, perform the cleaning with care, and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including training in deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, sanitation, and organizing systems. My team and I are trained to work efficiently, protect surfaces, and leave spaces spotless.
