- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We estimate our costs, according to the size and work time required for the requested service. However, it is important to take into account the influence of the unit's condition and the last time it was cleaned. We offer discounts for recurring services, and we seek to adapt to the needs, time and budget of our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request information such as the type of cleaning you need (standard, deep, move in / out, post construction), property size, location, day and estimated time you need us. Once the reservation is agreed, we send a confirmation email entitled "Prepare for receive us" with all the information that our client must know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience working in cleaning companies prepared us to develop our own business.
