- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we connect with the customer to discuss their needs and cleaning details. After agreeing on all specifics, we schedule the date and time for the cleaning. Our cleaners arrive on time with all necessary equipment (unless the customer provides their own supplies). Once the job is completed, we review the quality and process payment as agreed. We are always open to feedback to continually improve our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members undergo thorough training in professional cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Many of our cleaners have prior experience in residential and commercial cleaning, and we continuously provide ongoing education to ensure the highest quality service.
