This was set up as a deep-clean. Unfortunately, this didn’t even come up to a basic clean. - The carpet in my family room was not vacuumed. - The floor was not mopped well (streaks and marks). Also, there were dry liquid spots in the kitchen. - The bathroom counter was not cleaned. - There were crumbs on the dining table and it was not wiped down. - The front of the kitchen appliances were not wiped down. - Finally, they scratched my floor which they claim was already scratched (it was not.) I sent a couple of messages and the response was a denial and an apology. That’s not enough. I am severely disappointed.
