- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and efficient. First, we discuss the customer’s needs and provide a free estimate based on the type of cleaning and the size of the space. Once the service is scheduled, our trained and uniformed team arrives on time with all the necessary professional equipment and supplies. After the cleaning is completed, we ensure the customer is satisfied. We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means if something is not done to the customer’s expectations, we will return within 12 hours to correct it at no additional cost.
