One word to describe the experience was AMAZING. Maria and her assistant were extremely thorough and made the house sparkle. I could not believe the difference. I hired Maria for a deep cleaning and she got every nook and cranny in the house. She did not simply clean the items that were readily visible she made sure to get into the cracks and the corners. She made sure to give me enough time to inspect and upon inspection everything was immaculate. She is easy to talk to and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I will use her again and I would recommend her to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Maria is THE BEST.

Maria and her team were on time and did a spectacular job. She is easy to talk to and very professional. I have called her twice so far

The person sent to me (Misleydy) has 2 personalities. She worked for me for a month, clean very well, but after we bought a new washing machine and she came and used it we found big deep scratches on top of the machine. For us it looks like very deliberated actions. Weird jealousy kind of feeling. I nicely wrote a message with the photo and she called, yelled at me and hung up the phone. This person has 2 personalities. I am actually scare of her. I have been very nice to her and open... after this experience I am worry let anybody in my house, this was obviously made on purpose, I wonder why would somebody do that, what is the pleasure?

Hi Sofia, i am sorry that you feel this way. After investigating, my employee had been servicing your home for a month. I have never received a complaint like this about her. She has always received high accolades and reviews. I also know that she must of been extremely trustworthy as you left your sick child with her on her second visit as your friend never showed up. Additionally, she advised me that you were present when she used the machine and even praised you for the beautiful set. Mileydys has worked for over four years with an extremely famous family and I have never received a complaint. I received a telephone call from you where you expressed your complaint and asked me if I was available a Saturday for a deep cleaning. I had not read your review of being afraid of anyone entering in your home and this truly makes me sad as I take pride in picking high qualified people and do extensive background checks.
