Paola is absolutely delightful. She will work with whatever you have going on, she’s nonjudgmental. We had a consult with her and by the time she left we had a clear plan regarding paint colors for kitchen cabinets, walls, wall papers, and lighting fixtures. I wouldn’t have been able to come up with this on my own. She’s very creative and she was able to direct us in a great direction. Highly recommend!

Paola Santiago and I met when I was remodeling my kitchen and decided to redecorate my home. I was impressed with her creativity and professionalism. Paola turned my wishes into reality. All I had to communicate was my desire for a “white” house that gave visitors a sense of coolness and a pristine look and she made it happen. I gave her a budget to work with and she took it from there. She took a potentially stressful project and made it fun! We had a great time selecting items with bursts of color and pop to break the white throughout the house. I loved the end results, my home looks modern and eclectic. I highly recommend her. There is a consultation fee and the design service fee will vary per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step will be having a client consultation. This will help me to understand the client's need and objectives. Then we will be working with material selection, space planning and design boards. After approval, we will proceed with purchasing and installation if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Interior design degree and construction management certification.
