I cannot say enough good things about how above and beyond Tunii and her wonderful team went for me today,they really saved the day! I had hired them to take away an old bed that was supposed to be disassembled by the company who was bringing the mattress and foundation.That never happened,nor did the assembly of the bed I had in a box in the middle of my living/dining room.They basically just dumped the foundation and mattress in my already crowded living area and left. And then in walked Sean, Darryl and the other gentleman whose name regretfully I have forgotten ,saw the stress on my face and became my knights in shining armor.In spite of having already been working all day and having two more appointments, they rolled up their sleeves,disassembled my old bed, assembled my new one and put the foundation and mattress on it.They swept everything, took out all the boxes and Styrofoam and left me in a grateful and much more relaxed state.These are not only the best professionals I have ever encountered but true gentlemen.I live alone and have had several knee and one neck surgery, apart from being completely useless at anything DIY.Apparently I am not very good at calculating measurements in inches either (I am from Europe- metric system) because my bed is like a skyscraper so don't laugh at the pics ( I have already asked for a lower one) but I just had to post the before and after of the amazing work these kind and excellent professionals did today. They were all great but I would like to give Sean a special shout-out because he rallied the troops when he saw me and my stressed out expression and really was the one who got on the floor and sweated it out big time.Thank you doesn't even begin to cover what I feel.USE THIS COMPANY!! You will not regret it!!If I ever need anything removed,I am 100% calling TD services!!

Florida TD Services was punctual and professional. They removed my sleeper sofa efficiently and carefully so as not to cause any damage to the apartment and the building common area. Leading up to the appointment, communication was good; they were responsive.
