- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a physical walk though of the property, discuss the scope of the project, go over options that work for the client as far as recommendations we have, give an estimate, then schedule the work to be done and complete the job. If there is ongoing maintenance the we create a schedule and follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've learned from experts I know personally, my own experience, the people I work with, clients and courses online.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a business that is recession proof and can be passed down from generation to generation.
