Nazly has had a profound positive impact on my own personal journey. I struggled for many years with cynicism, self-pity, and just an overall negative view on dealing with life's pitfalls. In particular, my biggest struggle was figuring out how to be happy being single. I started seeking her counsel and advice once I heard of her reputation on how positive of a person and coach she is. Nazly enlightened my entire thought process when she made he realize that I needed to stop seeing my singleness as a negative aspect to my life. She helped mold my mindset to focus on the many positives of being single and the power of independence it gives you. She radiates positive energy that only comes through her counseling, but I can also see she really is naturally joyful. It makes me want to know how I too can be more like that. I am excited to continue my life coaching sessions:)

Naz is a beam of beauty and light and wisdom. It sounds like an over statement to say working with Naz is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Once you make the decision you will know what I talking about. I feel so energized and empowered and on fire! I was feeling confused and lost and needed help getting myself back on track. Back on track and connected to my inner wisdom. During our second session I had one of the biggest ‘AH HA’ moments of my life. So many pieces of my life story clicked into place and made sense and now I know the direction I need to head. Naz is so encouraging and inspiring and insightful and I look forward to continuing to work with her as I put this knowledge into play and continue to listen to my spirit guides. ✨

This is more of a love letter than a review. Naz has changed my life, but not in the way I thought she would. I was seeking out a life coach for accountability during a time I thought I felt unmotivated. What i received instead was a new understanding myself, my beliefs, and my relationships. I learned to nurture myself, to see the things around me without a veil of ego and frustration. She has given me a life I never even dreamed of having. Each week I would answer the phone not knowing exactly where it would take me and she was gently and lovingly help me find exactly what I was looking for. I'm sure there are many qualified life coaches out there but what naz has is not a qualification or schooling, she has a gift. She is the perfect mix of tenderness, femininity, and strength. She has brought out qualities in me that I forgot I had. I am forever grateful for my time with naz. I aspire to handle my future business ventures with the professionalism yet personal touch she has. Again, she is a gift -don't miss out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is based on The Soul Refresh Program; however if you are looking for single sessions, I will offer a discount on the hourly rate. I have no hidden fees or price increases. My price includes: your weekly session, follow up assignments based on your progress, a workbook of exercises and emergency calls as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually schedule a 15-20 minute Discovery Call where we can mutually determine what we’re working through during our time together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Life & Spiritual Coach, as well as a Certified Meditation Facilitator. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and a Minor in Marketing. I spent 15 years as a Marketing Manager and my ability to define a “why” really transfers over into my coaching.
