I request her to do Halloween makeup on Halloween which was a really busy day for her. Her ability to communicate was great. Her schedule was behind the planned time for the appointment, but she continued to communicate and was able to keep me updated on her arrival.

I provided sample pictures and an idea of what I wanted and she was able to a great job with her own artistic flare.
