Firstly, I love this job. I view tutoring progress as a sharing and discussing progress. Every class, I will make a sufficient preparation for my class and try to guide my students how to learn and master every lesson. On the other way, I also insist using 10-15 mins to help my students to review what they learn in this class and schedule reasonable tasks as homework. Finally, I always like to make friends with my students. After class, I would like to chart and or play sports with my students. And they really enjoy this kind of learning.
I enjoy I the communication with different people and feel proud when I see the progress of the students. As a teacher, what I most expect is my students really get what they want to learn. Now matter if my students could study with me any more, I always would like to help them to solve any mandarin learning difficulties.
