- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Digital Marketing Whiz has a customer comes first mindset. We charge affordable prices so that businesses can make the necessary upgrades to grow their business. This allows owners to focus on running their business while we focus on driving traffic and increasing sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, set up a phone call so we can understand what the business goals are. Then we run a website audit so that we can see what the areas of opportunity are for growth. Next, we device a marketing plan based on the company goals and the areas of opportunity discovered. Finally, we have a meeting with the owner to discuss the plan before we make the necessary improvements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in business administration and 12 years experience in Digital Marketing. My partner has a bachelors from SCAD University, one of the best design school in the country. He has 3 years experience in digital marketing and 2 year experience in web development.
