I called to make an appointment, asked if they spoke Spanish, and was rudely told I was in the United States. I'm embarrassed that they're so racist. I thanked them, hung up, and they called back to continue insulting me for not speaking English. It's very easy to say you don't speak Spanish, but the discrimination exploded. They asked me if I was Colombian or if I was in Colombia to ask if they spoke Spanish. It's a shame that people like that exist today. It's disturbing, really. And if she's a psychologist, then she needs therapy, because far from being a reasonable person, she behaved like a crazy person. I don't know how I could ever help anyone in therapy.
