Christina W. says, "Let me start out by saying I had a great experience. As a woman, going to go get my car serviced has always been a nightmare. Either they take advantage of me or over charge me for things I don’t need. I hated it because I don’t know if I really need new brakes or a new battery because it’s failing etc. I came across this app and decided to look up mechanics for an oil change. Out of everyone, he was the most affordable(which I know that’s not always a good thing) but the way he responded and asked questions and engaged me really made me feel like he cared. I pulled the trigger and decide to hire him and im glad I did. My experience was great, very friendly positive personality. He finished the oil relatively fast that I almost didn’t believe it had been changed but he showed me the old oil he drained out. I asked him if he could take a look at my car for anything he thinks might be going bad and he came back with suggesting that I did needed new brakes because they were getting thin but I had a bit more to go if I wanted to hold off on it and showed them to me and explained it with some measuring tool he has.
