Steven and Justin were great in helping me move a glass top table and some lamps. They were very punctual and even waited for me at the destination when some unforeseen circumstances came up. Excellent job all around!

One of the easiest things I have ever done. Jesus and Steven were quick and very professional! Swooped my couch from Crate and Barrel, wrapped it in plastic and blankets, and brought it right into my apt. Will definitely use them again.

Three hours until someone picked up the job. When they arrived, I had to help them move the items up the stairs- they were nice, but not very capable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of your Lugg ultimately depends on the vehicle that you select, the number of miles between the two locations, and the number of minutes spent at pickup and drop off. Please visit our website where you'll be able to get the best estimate, view the most accurate availability, and book your Lugg.
Below I have included the dimensions of our Lugg vehicles. Please make sure to compare these dimensions, to what needs to be moved, as we cannot complete more than one trip or stop, per Lugg request. If not all items fit, you will have to request a second Lugg or cancel and request the correct size vehicle.
Lugg Pickup Truck - will be at least 6ft long and 4.5ft wide. The crew can leave the tailgate open for extra length and secure your items with straps for transport.
Lugg Van - at least 8ft long, 4ft wide, and 5ft tall (King or Cal King mattress will not fit in this option)
Lugg XL - will be at least 10ft long, 6ft wide and 7ft tall.
