- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local move we provide two options: hourly rate and flat rate price! Hourly is based on how many man is in crew and how many hours is going to take to finish job. Flat rate price is based on volume of furniture, we made list of items for move all furniture and boxes and based on that give guaranty flat rate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very important that we explain everything, whole process of moving what is included in price and how much is price before customer even booked the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience in moving industry all over USA.
