- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple: local moves start at $290 for a 1-bedroom with 2 professional movers, truck, gas, and mileage included - 2BR from $550, 3BR from $650. Long-distance moves are quoted as rate + fuel, both stated upfront in writing. If your move runs past the estimated hours, Extra Time is billed at a rate shown on your quote before you ever hire us. No hidden fees. Weekday discounts available (Mon–Wed), and if you want one guaranteed all-in number that can't change on moving day, ask about our Flat Rate option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us your move size, both addresses, and your date - we send a written quote within minutes with everything spelled out. Once you confirm, you get a confirmation with the crew arrival window. On moving day, the crew reviews everything with you before starting, protects your furniture with blankets and wrap, and walks the final total with you before finishing. You pay when the job's done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crews are trained in furniture protection, disassembly/reassembly, and safe loading - and the company is built on 15 years of professional operations experience. We're fully insured: $1M liability, commercial auto, cargo coverage, and workers' compensation, with certificates available same-day for you or your building.
