I prefer talking with the customer to get more information to able to give him or she a better price!

By contacting the customer and getting a better understanding of their need and in sure them that we will give our best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a retired Fireman, I can relate to customer transportation needs and incase of an emergency I'm more experienced.
