- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is unique, so pricing is customized based on your event size, location, guest count, and the services you need. My proposals are transparent, with no hidden fees. I work with a variety of budgets and will recommend options that maximize your investment while maintaining quality. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your event date. Payment plans may be available for qualifying events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the planning process simple, organized, and enjoyable. 1. Initial Consultation We begin with a conversation about your vision, budget, guest count, venue, and event goals. 2. Customized Proposal Based on your needs, I’ll recommend the services that best fit your event and provide a detailed proposal. 3. Planning & Design Once booked, we develop the event design, coordinate vendors, create timelines, and manage all of the important details. 4. Final Confirmation As your event approaches, we confirm vendors, review the timeline, and ensure every detail is in place. 5. Event Day You relax and enjoy your celebration while I oversee setup, vendor coordination, timeline management, and any unexpected issues that may arise. From our first conversation to the last guest leaving, my focus is providing exceptional service, clear communication, and a stress-free experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a unique combination of business education, project management, and hands-on event planning experience. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. These degrees strengthened my skills in leadership, budgeting, operations, customer service, logistics, and project management—all of which are essential to planning successful events. Since launching Designs Beyond Imagination in 2018, I’ve continued to develop my expertise through real-world experience planning weddings, corporate events, birthday celebrations, baby showers, graduations, holiday parties, and milestone events. Every event has strengthened my ability to manage timelines, coordinate vendors, solve problems quickly, and create memorable experiences for my clients.
