What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
☺️Every project is customized based on the size of the space, complexity, amount of items, timeline, and level of support required. Larger projects may be quoted as a flat project investment rather than hourly. Organization products, furniture, handyman services, junk removal, and other third-party services are quoted separately and always discussed before approval. From time to time, we also offer booking incentives for clients who confirm their project within a specific timeframe.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
🪄We start with a short consultation to understand your goals, priorities, lifestyle, budget, and the spaces causing the most stress. From there, I create a customized plan. During the project we sort, declutter, categorize, organize, optimize storage, and recommend products only when they genuinely improve functionality. The final step is a complete reset so every item has a logical home and the system is easy to maintain.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
💛A good organizer should create systems that are realistic, functional, and easy for you and your family to maintain long after the project is finished. Look for someone who takes time to understand how you actually live, not just someone who makes a space look pretty.
