Alexio is the best trainer. He is motivating, very knowledgeable and always shows up on time. He’s gotten me in shape and taught me so much about kickboxing. He’s a true professional.

Alessio is by far the best trainer that I have ever experienced. I lost 8 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks of training. He is wonderful person to be around that allows me to enjoy training which has not always been fun for me. I have a new relationship with my body! Thank you Alessio!
