- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible options depending on your needs: • Private in-person training (Miami) • Virtual one-on-one sessions • Online coaching with customized training + cardio and nutrition plans • Competition prep for athletes Every option includes coaching, accountability, customised daily workouts and adjustments so you’re never left guessing what to do next. —— ONLINE COACHING- entails me planning out your entire training and nutrition program for you to follow and you will check in with me on a bi weekly or weekly basis, changes are made according to how you're progressing and what is needed in order to reach your goals. IN-PERSON 1-1 TRAINING - is the traditional type of training where we meet in person and I coach you through your workout as well as oversee and plan your Nutrition and Training program on the days you are not with me. VIRTUAL in person training - is we meet in person over FaceTime, Skype or Zoom and I take you through your workout as if I was next to you. If needed I can also oversee and plan your Nutrition and Training program on the days you are not with me. COMPETITION PREP COACHING for BODYBUILDING COMPETITIONS As one of the judges for the NPC/IFBB I know exactly what the judges are looking for and help you get ready for your next show. Whatever you need I can create a plan that works for you! Whether that be just training alone or just diet alone or both.... I will create a plan that works with you and your daily schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation — either by phone or in person — to talk through your goals, expectations, challenges, and lifestyle. From there, I create a customized plan that fits you. I’ll guide you every step of the way, check in regularly, and adjust as needed so you keep progressing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BS and MBA, plus certifications through NASM (CPT, CES, WLS), ISSA, Precision Nutrition, and TRX Functional Training. On top of that, I’ve been coaching since 2011 and am an IFBB Pro competitor and past NPC judge — so I bring both textbook knowledge and real-world results I have spent 12+ years as a Bodybuilding Contest Prep, Health & Fitness Coach; solely working with athletes and competitors and as a One-on-One Trainer/Sports Nutritionist working privately with clients. My experience spans 15+ years in the fitness and health industry.
