I work out with Luciano at least twice every week. We are working on endurance, strength and agility training. It it a great experience all around. Luciano is very experienced, thoughtful and punctual. He strikes a good balance between pushing me and being careful to avoid injuries. I strongly recommend him.

Realizó entrenamiento desde hace nueve años, en forma bastante continúa. Lo que mejor me ha resultado fue el tener una persona que fuera siguiendo mis progresos y en base a eso ir realizando los cambios necesarios para mejorar mi estado. El entrenamiento lo empece como parte de un tratamiento para adelgazar. Una vez llegado a mi objetivo lo continúe porque sentí que me hacía bien y aparte por recomendación de mis médicos ya que tuve después algunos problemas físicos. Para mejorar no creo importante hacer comentarios ya que estoy satisfecha con el ritmo de entrenamiento y con los cambios que se van haciendo a la misma cada 3 o 4 meses.
