I have over ten years of yoga experience and am registered with The Yoga Alliance. I received my teacher training certification in North Carolina and have taught in Miami and Scottsdale,AZ for several years.
Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, I can customize sessions for you! I specialize in Vinyasa/power yoga but have experience teaching yin and restorative yoga as well as children’s, maternity and senior/ chair yoga.
I will travel to your home, business or vacation rental or you can come to me.
Are you looking to add an element of nature and get outdoors? Public parks and beaches are great places to hold sessions as well.

I would choose all 5 of these characteristics about Rachel if I could. Rachel was very punctual and displayed care for my persoanl situation and great knowledge of Yoga. I believe her care for mindfulness and fitness likely helps her really help her clients at a higher level.

This was my first experience at yoga. Rachel was very patient and explained what we would be doing and what things l could work on myself to help with my next session. Rachel is very experienced and knowledgeable and was considerate of all my particular ailments. I enjoyed my session, learned some things and can’t wait for the next time. I highly recommend Rachel.

It was such an amazing honor to experience yoga on the beach with Rachel! She is absolute adorable and truly has a passion for what she does :) I live in Atlanta, but my boyfriend and I will definitely be coming back to visit and book another private yoga session during our stay!!
