- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. Every furry baby under our care is different and my require special attention. Based on the size or your furry Baby, their activity level, any medical needed, etc., we will work on a quote with/for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually have a meet and greet either via telephone, Skype, or in person. Determine if we can take the best care of the furry baby for the amount of time requested. We want to make sure both parties (ourselves and our clients) feel comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We grew up taking care of animals. As a child I use to have up to 13 dogs in our big house in Bolivia. Absolutely loved it. Often times my friends and family call me the dog/cat whisperer! :D
