Our pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the type of device and repair needed. We charge a $30 diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the total repair cost if you choose to proceed with the service. This ensures you only pay for work that truly needs to be done. There are no hidden fees, and we always confirm the final price before starting any repair. We also offer discounts for multiple repairs, returning customers, and students or seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer visits us, we begin with a detailed diagnostic to identify the issue with their device. The diagnostic has a $30 fee, which is deducted from the total repair cost if the customer decides to proceed with the service. After identifying the problem, we clearly explain the repair options, estimated cost, and turnaround time. Once approved, our technicians backed by over 10 years of experience perform the repair using high-quality parts and professional tools. Before returning the device, we test everything to ensure it’s working perfectly and provide warranty information along with maintenance tips.
