- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Listening carefully to the client's issue so I'm able to effectively provide the best solution. Then I educate the client about what to expect from the service so there aren't any surprises. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an extensive background in Computer Science that predates back to 1999. Since, I've continued learning new skills centered around computer software and hardware.
