The work got done, and done well. Communication was good at first but got weird afterwards. They insisted that they texted me that the part had arrived on the day it arrived, but they hadn't, and I had to call to see if it had. Their announcement text came in as I was standing in the store with my phone in hand, to be repaired. Customer service with the person taking in my phone was not good: he decided to help the customer in front of me pick out a phone case, which was unnecessary, so he left me standing there to do that. While he was "helping" that customer, he whipped out his own phone and got involved in that. When I asked him to out away his phone and process mine for repair, he did, but he had a lot of difficulty finding me in their system and needed help to find the part that was sitting on the counter with my name on it. His service needs a lot of work. However, the clerk who helped me at the end of the service (at pickup) was a lot better. He did a great job putting the glass protector on the phone for me.
