- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are very competitive with the competition. OMW Photo Booth emphasizes in selecting the quality, service and product for the most logical price. Rates range from 2 to 4 hour service ($250-$500) with a minimum of 2 hour for event. For more than 4 hours price can be negotiate. Discount for Military & Veterans with proof of ID are provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Steps: 1. Customer can reach our services through Instagram, Email or Phone. 2. Description or Occasion of the event will be discuss and time frame. 3. Additional customization can be provided if required by client. 4. Quote for the event will be provided with a down payment to secure date of event. 5. Event location will be evaluated for equipment placement through visit or via video. 6. Set up of equipment will take 1 hour to 1 hour and a half prior event.
