Introduction: Since December 22, 1981, I have been involved in the construction, repair and maintenance. In all these years, that experience has enriched technical courses in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, diploma in spare parts recovery, international market courses, course on good practices in refrigeration and air conditioning courses on the Quality Internal Auditors ISO 9001 System. In the United States, I took technical courses in refrigeration and air conditioning and electrical and technician journeyman course in air conditioning and refrigeration. At all stages of work and study, these have been fully associated, creating a solid experience in the construction work, maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment and buildings. Professional development was reached in ascending within other work groups and with the performance of the tasks they face, it shows good human relations, creativity, organization, adequate capacity to support problem-solving activities, achieving substantial savings of money. Habit is shown to work under pressure, always receptive and willing to do constant improvement in new technologies, fair and modest but willing to grow within the technical maintenance groups in the condos. I have a good technique in the control of materials. I'm willing to work on call, weekends and irregular hours.
