Sam was on time, his work was exceptional, he also removed the ice make box hook up for us making it more convenient. Also what we thought we needed he explained to us why we did not it made sense..my husband said he will without a doubt be using him again. He really loved his work.
And he cleans up behind himself. That's a big plus for ne.

I tried replacing my kitchen faucet and struggled for hours on my own until I finally gave in to hiring someone. Within less than an hour, I got in touch with this pro and they came over and removed the old faucet and put in the new one. I had to be somewhere that afternoon so timeliness was initially a concern for me but I didn't have to worry. He got it done in no time and listened when I noticed it was a little crooked. He also made suggestions! I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Sam & Go Hard Plumbing.

We Focus On Serving Individuals Our Community & Families That is why we quote and provide services, materials, parts and fixtures at a FIXED FLAT RATE PRICE FOR EACH JOB. No Surprises. If a community member can not afford our work we adjust accordingly to meet the needs of all members of the community!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the customer as a human being. Understand what the customer wants to accomplish or needs done. Then:
1) Do what needs to be done.
2) Do it ON TIME-WHEN it’s supposed to be done.
3) Do the work the WAY IT’S SUPPOSED to be done.
4) Do every job and treat every customer this way EVERY TIME!

Over 10 years plumbing experience. I build companies that serve their co-workers, communities and customers. We are in business to serve not to be served and to help as many people and families as possible!
