- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of photoshoot, we always offer different packages based on time-service. We give the client options of sessions as of 15 minutes, 30, 45, 1 hour, etc., to.adjust to their budget. Each session includes a set amount of final digital photographs. We also offer prices to purchase more final photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi! we are Jose and Cynthia! Our process working with a new customer starts from the moment we communicate with them via the chat/message of Thumbtack. We go the extra mile and communicate in advance. If we receive a response, then BINGO! we start having a conversation. Some clients prefer texting, other give their phone information. If best, we love to talk to our clients, so we can contact them and set up an earliest time to meet. We can have some cuban coffee or a smoothie before starting our session, because we want to get to know you first, to get your personality, what do's, what don'ts. After that, we are ready to go and have fun!. The delivery of the photographs or video depends on our scheduling. a Photo session can be delivered in a period of 1 week, a Wedding project can be around 1 month. A video/film can vary between 2 weeks- 3 weeks. We send your photographs via a private gallery for you to download to your computer or phone. A video is deliver via a cloud private website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 years experience in filming, directing, producing and creating content in HD quality and in Fine art photography. Cynthia is a natural born creative woman, since school she focused in design and any work that had to do with "crafts". She studied and has a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design and since then, design is part of her life. Photography came as part of her talent, and since then, she has been designing corporate materials for TV Networks, specializing in TV shows, digital, on-air campaigns and social media strategies. Jose's passion for filming came through since his earliest years when VHS was part of our lives. He has a Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from FIU (Florida International University) and then his passion for filmmaking started when he had the opportunity to work in the production of a music video. Since then, he has work producing, directing videos, corporate films and his passion for photography has evolve by capturing moments.
