- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair, I’m not overpriced like other big companies due to all the expenses they have and I always put in a little more than paid for as a bonus just to make you happy and because I’m a perfectionist.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• I let the customer know I’ve arrived • Walk around the house and record any damages or potential hazards prior as precaution • Start my work and let the customer know when I’m finished. • I show them before and after results of my work and make sure they are more than happy before I ask for the payment and leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this type of work for years for my family and friends.
