We called Zach over to pressure wash our pool deck a couple weeks ago. We usually have our regular guy come every couple months but he was out of town and we had family coming over for the holidays. Zack knocked on my door a couple months ago and was a nice young man who carried himself well, so regardless if I had a regular guy I kept his card because he left such a good first impression. Fast word we call Zach and he responds right away and said he could come the following day to clean our deck. When he came he greeted us and explained throughly what he was gonna do, approximately how long it was gonna take, and why he was charging what he was charging. The transparency Zach provided allowed us to fully trust him and we knew that he was gonna do the best possible job. We noticed that he was spraying chlorine on spots that our other guy said were impossible to remove so we payed no mind to it naturally. When Zach was finished our deck had no stains!!!! We also paid for an additional protective coat that would keep our deck clean for a additional months so saving us money from calling our other regular guy back. Zach was help like no other and will be definitely be calling him back for any other jobs I need around the house. 10/10
