FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The client must know that our intention is to provide support in their need by offering the best service at the best price and in the shortest possible time doing everything fair to support them in your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, the client places the requirement of their service and we as vendors interested in carrying out the work, make contact and inform you that we are interested in carrying out the work required by sending a message to inform you once the notice of interest is sent to you. It is possible that we could be sent an approximate price so that you have an idea of how much work could cost but we used to visit the client free of cost totally free to evaluate the real value of the price of the work that needs to be done so that in the end the client can evaluate 2 elements both the real price and the seller in person and thus be able to make their best decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 34 years of work experience of which 25 years I have dedicated myself to the service area where I go through the years using the necessary tools to perform the work I learned to make them making mistakes and successes and learning from them all the days.
