Roof cleaning: This company/ the owner explained everything he was going to do and advised me of a few roof tiles that needed to be replaced. He did a fine job at a fair price. I would recommend this company.

Very professional , curtious and punctual, did a fantastic job, and even though it was slightly more work then anticipated, he didn't change the price, and kept agreed upon price! Very recommended . Great price and great service.

Best job ever. He just left my house today 9/18/16. He did pressure cleaning my entire roof and clean all the walls and took pictures before and after. He is an amazing young man. Very dedicated man and honest. I really recommend Fernando Kearney for any pressure cleaning job anyone needs.

We just had our roof and sidewalk pressure cleaned by Fernando and I have to say what an amazing professional. Even from the way he first communicated via email his professionalism was evident. Punctual, polite,such a hard worker, left everything so clean, emailed me photos right away to show the before and after and checked in again several days later to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend Fernando, he is an incredible professional and I heard he is preferred in this area.
