You can really tell when someone cares about their work when they give you more than what's expected:
-A phone call instead of a text
-Notification of arrival and completion
-Photos of their work
-An invitation for feedback
Not only did Jose do a great job but cared to keep us updated and to know that the job met our expectations. Not only was it great but he went the extra mile.
