I needed some sidewalks and patios cleaned. We verified the address by text after speaking on the phone. Work was completed while I was out of town, and I paid by credit card over the phone upon return (there is a $5 charge for using a credit card). We were very happy with the process and the results.

Jeff answered his phone within just a few rings, was very courteous and priced competitively. We scheduled the service for 1:00pm. He called about 20 minutes earlier and advised he would be a few minutes late, which was most appreciated. Even more appreciated was that he actually showed up, just a few minutes late as promised. He had good quality equipment, to tackle my too dirty patio and actually made 3 passes to ensure it looked good when finished. I asked him how often he should come back and he advised me on how to keep the patio clean for longer periods of time. Very customer service oriented. I would recommend him without reservation.

Jeff and his team were quick to provide a reasonably priced estimate. They arrived on the day and were extremely professional. They did a great job very efficiently.
