I’m a multi medalist and national record holder with more than 15 years of experience in swimming. I’m sure I could offer you a unique skill set. Depending on your preferences we will individually select type of the training you or your child need starting from the basic level, and progressing to the analysis of your technique and the development of speed-strength qualities for competitive activities.

Polina is an amazing swim coach; she is very skilled and knowledgable, and, more important, she guides you step-by-step on the coaching, ensuring you can focus on specific aspects each time and don't get confused. In my case (confident swimmer, trying to improve my technique) i really appreciated how flexible she was with her approach and how much she was happy to followup even after the lesson with more hints and tips!
